the role
We are looking for a work experience person with the long term aim to develop this role into a marketing assistant role within the company. We are looking for a proactive creative thinker, happy to dive in and give things a go, someone who likes hard work but happy to have a laugh in the work place. We are a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. We are happy to train and provide experience as long as the candidate is independent enough to take that training and run with it.
The role would cover the following:
Digital marketing planning, content creation and graphic design, scheduling for social media
Wix Website design & build – SEO, mobile optimisation etc.
Quick to learn new design platforms & present work confidently
Graphic design – all forms of design creation digital & printed
Admin tasks – messaging LinkedIn contacts, updating database, finance support
Networking – attending regular networking events to represent MNBM
Internal marketing – support with all aspect of digital marketing for MNMB
Ideal skills:
Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Wix, WordPress
Active on LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
Experience on TIKTOK & Instagram Reels
